NEI's surveyors have over 25 years experience in Yuma County, Arizona, Imperial County, California, and along the Colorado River. Our survey crews are supervised by Mr. Timothy V. Eisenmann, P.E., R.L.S., a registered surveyor and civil engineer with more than 30 years experience in surveying, land research, and legal descriptions. Our two survey crews are led by Party Chiefs Robert Sabori, and Diego Villapudua.
Our surveying department is involved before the project design begins and during construction. They provide boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, aerial mapping, ground surveys, and construction staking. We have compatible software and experienced CAD operators to process and download field information.
BOUNDARY and TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS
The first stages of design start with a field survey to determine boundary corners and lines, easements, access roads, existing utilities and the existing topography.
SITE DESIGN
The survey data is downloaded into our state-of-the-art AUTOCAD program. The data is used as a base map to design the proposed development. Designs are based on survey data including property lines, road right-of-ways, easements, survey monuments, and existing features.
CONSTRUCTION STAKING
Our experienced survey crews stake the site features including building corners, curb, gutter, utilities, and roads. The features are staked by the construction crew using a GPS unit.
