Registered Engineer (Civil)
Performs engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, such as municipal planning, transportation engineering, railroads, airports, bridges, channels, dams, irrigation projects, water and sewage systems, waste disposal units, pipelines, power plants, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, and foundation analysis.
Registered Engineer (Geotechnical)
Performs geotechnical engineering duties including foundation and pavement design, preparation of soils investigations, and supervision of materials testing.
Registered Engineer (Environmental)
Performs environmental engineering duties including water/wastewater design, permitting, multi-media sampling, environmental planning documents, environmental site investigations, site characterizations, plume delineations, remediation system designs, groundwater studies, asbestos and lead paint management, and environmental regulating compliance assistance.
Registered Architect
Performs architectural duties including pre-design services, programming, planning, providing designs, drawings, specifications and other technical submissions, the administration of construction contracts and the coordination of any elements of technical submissions prepared by engineers and technical designers.
Registered Land Surveyor
Plans, organizes, and directs work of one or more survey parties engaged in surveying earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes. Researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys. Writes legal descriptions certifies legal descriptions, certifies Record of Survey plats, works with public on surveying problems, i.e. right-of-way abutments, legal access, etc. final reviews on proposed right-of-way projects, abandonments, dedications, etc.
