Nicklaus was responsible to perform monitoring & sampling of storm water outfalls and of MCAS Miramar Industrial and Non-Industrial Facility Sites to include implementing a Storm Water Monitoring Program (SWMP), update the Storm Water Discharge Management Plan (SWDMP), and the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and provide a Storm Water Monitoring Annual Report (SWMAR) and water compliance support.
