Nicklaus was responsible for completing the storm water planning, sampling, analytical, and reporting for Naval Base San Diego (NBSD), Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL), and Naval Base Coronado (NBC), CA. Additional services performed were a work plan, visual observations, locating, annual comprehensive site compliance evaluation, industrial and municipal storm water sampling and analysis, sampling and analysis, NPDES reports, NBC Quarterly Industrial Facility Visual Inspections (QIFVIs), SWPPPs, GIS, toxicity reduction evaluation (TRE) work plan, MS4 sampling and facility inspections.
