As part of this project, Nicklaus conducted a topographical survey of the 2-mile center line and edge line of Juan Sanchez Boulevard and evaluated the existing intersection based on the Arizona Department of Transportation No-Passing Zone Criteria. The results of the Study concluded that there were no geometric restrictions on available sight distances within the study area.
