YPG Sewage Lagoon Upgrade


Under award from the USACE Los Angeles district Nicklaus provided construction services for the upgrade of the Kofa Firing Range sewage lagoon complex. This work included engineering design, regulatory permitting, construction and management. Nicklaus provided utility infrastructure improvements including construction of the new 656,062 gallon facultative lagoon and a 365,200 gallon evaporative lagoon, modifications to the existing sewer manhole, construction a new sewer manhole, and extension of a new 8” gravity sewer line to the new facultative pond and additional site security features.
