San Luis Port of Entry II

Nicklaus was consulted to provide engineering services and construction support for the design development and build-out of the site. The delivery method for the contract was Design-Build, and the site was initially designated to serve only commercial traffic; however, the site was master-planned for the eventual build-out as a full-service Port facility. Nicklaus coordinated pre-design efforts with the Project Architect to plan the 347-acre site and performed the complete civil design package, including the hydrologic study for site drainage improvements.
