POCA - Replace Guard Shelters WCA ACP, US Yuma Proving Ground, AZ

Provided civil design to include, but not limited to, topographic survey and underground utility modifications as necessary for the installation of two new UL Level 5 guard booths with bathrooms. The construction phase included Quality Control and Site Safety to ensure all plans and specifications were followed for the Guard Shelters. QCM reports were performed and documented all three phases of control: the preparatory, initial, and follow-up. Daily QCM Reports and progress photos were submitted to USACE for review. Construction consisted of removal and salvage of existing guard booths 2615 & 2617 and relocation to the Yuma Proving Ground site. Underground utility modifications were performed along with the installation of new gravity sewer lines, water connections, and electrical modifications, as necessary, to place two new H UL Level 5 guard booths with bathrooms. Additionally, new gravity sewer connections will be connected to a new lift station and connected to an existing pre-installed YPG sewer force main line.
