Nicklaus, as part of a joint venture, was selected to perform services in support of compliance with Clean Air Act and other air emission regulations as required for the Department of the Navy. Under these contracts, Nicklaus performed activities ranging from Title V air operation permit modifications, annual operating report, semi-annual monitoring and deviation reports, Title V compliance status and certification, Aerospace NESHAP compliance assessment, and database management services.
