Nicklaus, as part of a joint venture, was selected to perform services in support of compliance with Clean Air Act, Air Emission Regulations, EPCRA Regulations, Greenhouse Gas and other environmental media regulations as required for the Department of the Navy. Under this contract, Nicklaus has performed activities ranging from air compliance support to Radon Monitoring, to performance of PFAS Preliminary Assessments. Work has been completed at Navy and Marine Corps bases throughout the US.
