EPCRA Reporting Support and Annual Air Emissions Inventory

As part of a joint venture contract, Nicklaus has supported the environmental management division of Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune for over 2 years.  A component of this support was the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) and air emissions inventory (AEI) annual reporting requirements.  Experienced staff provided a breadth of services: surveying the 150,000+ acre facility, preparing emission estimates and report packages, documenting Title V update recommendations, and preparing regulatory submittal packages including online reporting portals (i.e. E-Plan and NC DEQ’s Air Emissions Reporting On-line(AERO)).
