Nicklaus was contracted to provide technical expertise to assist the CBP Office of Enterprise Services, FM&E, BPAM PMO with assessing the TI road system and developing a scheduled maintenance standard to sustain the current “green-green” portfolio and extend the useful life of the road network for the California Region. Stations within the San Diego and El Centro Sectors include Calexico, El Centro, Boulevard, Brownfield, Campo, Chula Vista, El Cajon, and Imperial Beach.
