Nicklaus was contracted by the ICDPW to provide Resident Engineering and Construction Inspection services for the site remediation. Services by Nicklaus included, client consultation, facilitation of the pre-construction meeting, continuous on-site inspection during construction, facilitation of weekly contractor meetings, review and approval of payment applications, review of change orders, review of submittals, review of RFI’s, review of certified payroll, review of material testing data, coordination of the pre-final and final inspections, and completion of a project summary report along with closeout documents.
