PLAN REVIEW

As the city engineer for many of the surrounding communities, NEI frequently reviews construction drawings for compliance with city and state regulations. Plan reviews include commercial development projects, subdivisions, and city infrastructure projects. NEI assists these communities with the plan review process to ensure quality designs. In addition, the plan review will ensure that the proposed development is consistent with the growth plan of the community.

INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN

Our municipal team regularly conducts work sessions with the municipalities to prioritize the needs of the community and develop short term and long term plans to meet these needs. NEI has assisted with water and wastewater expansion projects for Somerton, San Luis, Wellton, Parker, and Winterhaven. We have also conducted feasibility studies for road improvements, and residential, commercial, and industrial development.
