Description: Nicklaus Engineering assisted DPA Architects of Phoenix in preparing a detailed feasibility study for an expansion on their existing site or relocation to a new site. This work included boundary and topographic survey of entire APS Complex occupying two square blocks, utility research for sewer, water, storm drainage, traffic analysis - ingress and egress, site analysis, drainage, traffic flow and circulation, customer access and parking.
