Description: Well Permitting & ADEQ Construction Approvals - NEI was contracted to prepare and submit required ADEQ permit documentation to bring the non-compliant well into compliance. It is a 5 7/8" O.D. well that is about 820-foot deep. With piping, electric controls and site appurtenances. This well produces approximately 1 gallon per minute. The initial step under this project was to collect and review available data; perform a site field investigation, and collect water samples for analysis. Using this data, NEI then prepared the Application for Approval to Construct Drinking Water Facilities permit documentation, including an Engineers Design Report and new well system design drawings. The ADEQ issued a Certificate of Approval to Construct Drinking Water Facilities on January 18, 2005 and letter of Approval of Construction was issued on August 4th, 2005. This documentation consisted of Engineers Certificate of Completetion with support documentation including "As-Built" drawings, well pump test data, water sampling data, and O & M Manual.
