Description: NEI designed and successfully permitted a new solid waste landfill for the Yuma community. NEI was responsible for the design of all phases including: topographic survey, landfill design and phasing, permitting, construction staking, construction oversight, operation and maintenance plan preparation, and preparation of major modifications to the solid waste facility.
