Description: Conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessment which identified potential subsurface contamination due to the former use of a radiator repair shop. NEI collected groundwater samples to investigate potential subsurface contamination and discovered selenium contamination of the groundwater. City of Yuma is currently progressing with development plans for the site. NEI is continuing to monitor the groundwater and is considering an in-situ remediation technique for the site.
