Description: Observation Tower Reconstruction and Rehabilitation - NEI performed design and contract administration to completely rebuild and reinforce the Old Observation Tower. This project required the Tower to retain its historic appearance while being brought up to 1007 structural wood bearing and wind resistance codes.
