Description: Using a State Lake Improvement grant, this 2,000 SF building was designed for the Yuma County Sheriff's Department. The building includes reception, first air room, showers, lounge and a boat garage. Site work required coordination with ADEQ and the Army Corps of Engineers. Site amenities include a floating boat dock, helicopter landing pad, water well, septic system, and stretcher stairs from the boat dock to the building.
